This our regular customer who has always received products within 1 or 2 days at max. We are in touch with this customer and have updated her on the situation, last contact was Thursday 8th May 2010 and last contact from Courier Post directly with the customer was on 9th May 2010 (which was yesterday). The item has gone missing by Courier Post and we had informed the customer that we will be in touch as soon as we get a resolution from Courier Post. Patience is what is missing here....Remarks like these are not acceptable to us considering the last contact by Courier Post with the customer was only yesterday.

I have been contacted by Dealaday and have assured to resolve this issue ASAP. Appreciate if you could pls remove my comments about them as i was really upset.
