Usually find CatchOfTheDay excellent and have purchased some excellent goods from them but am having trouble getting replacement for a damaged item I received at the end of April. Ordered a cupcake holder that arrived damaged in 2 places, contacted CatchOfTheDay and sent pics of the damage as requested, on May 2nd. Since then, no contact from them, despite me sending plenty of emails. Must be a bit of a glitch, as they are usually fantastic to deal with. Here's hoping I hear back from them asap so this can be sorted.

Have you got any response from catchoftheday..? I am having same issue with them.
Unfortunately, they do not have any contact number or email address listed on site.
Please share if you had any success.

NO response from CatchOfTheDay!! I am really disappointed with the lack of communication, after I emailed pics of the damaged parts to them as requested, and email them every few days to try and get this resolved, but just a BIG LOUD SILENCE. The lack of any other way to contact them is incredibly frustrating. Don't quite know what to do next!
Let me know if you have any luck.

@Vicki, Sorry to hear abt your experience.
It is annoying that they dont have any contact number listed, especially when things go wrong and there is no way one can contact them. I guess we should think twice before trading with such people.

have had the exact same problem as above. tried emailing the only email they have listed on their site (email@example.com) and it came back as a Delivery Status Notification (Failure). Ordered an item more than a week ago but it is still on the credit card approval stage. It looks like they have purposely prevented anyone from contacting them via their FAQ page as it is the only page on their site which does not keep you logged in. anyone tried contacting their Australian branch http://www.catchoftheday.com.au/ ? im just about to see if i can talk to an actual person.

They charged my credit card twice for a USB HDD! They are not responding to my online queries. to make things worse, the drive seems to have died this morning. Dreading trying to get warranty out of them. Last time shopping with them. stick to Kiwi sites...
