1. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. The promotion is open to all New Zealand residents aged 14 years or older. Overseas entries will not be considered. Employees, employee's immediate families, associated companies, suppliers and agencies of Deal a Day Limited are not eligible to enter this promotion.
3. When you join this promotion you need to be a suscriber to our daily deals notification until this promotion ends. You can unsubscribe from our daily deals email anytime by just clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of the email. 5. The promotion starts at 12:01 am, Tuesday, 20th July 2010 and ends on 11:59 pm, Sunday, 31st OIctober 2010. (Promotion Period)
6. The main prize is one Apple iPad Wi-Fi 16GB. The Apple iPad Wi-fi 16GB does not include a SIM card or network connectivity.
7. The winner will be drawn at random by Deal a Day representative at 3:00 pm on Monday, 1st November 2010 from all the eligible entries and will be contacted personally either by email or by telephone.
8. All entrants must provide full details as required by the process and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. The information provided by you will NOT be supplied to any third party . Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we will use your information.
9. dealaday.co.nz has a strict no spam policy. Any spam reported will make your entry into this promotion invalid and null. Repeated offence will not be tolerated and will be reported to the concerned authorities.
10. Current dealaday users need to be subscribers to our daily deals notification email to gain entry into this promotion.
11. Only one entry per person is allowed, use of multiple email address will disqualify the user from the draw and the account may be terminated without giving any further reasons or explanation.
12. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
13. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
14. Only the person who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prize.
15. Deal a Day does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet or email problems.
16. Deal a Day's decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Deal a Day reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside its control.
18. Where the winner is required to claim the prize in person, they must provide proper identification (e.g. drivers license, passport, birth certificate). Any expenses incurred to claim this prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
19. Invite friends, if your friend wins, you win too. Please note that the person who actual wins the competition needs to confirm that he was actually invited by you. We will not interfere in this matter and your friends decision will be final. We will not entertain emails related to this. We will only correspond with the actual winner. Invited friends cannot be a family member.
20. Prizes unclaimed after 30 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and Deal a Day reserves the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random or to re-offer the prize in any future promotions. On the case of time-sensitive prizes, the prize must be claimed within the deadline stipulated by Deal a Day.

23. If due to nay reason there is any error in announcing the winner, dealaday reserves the right to rectify this information and no correspondence will be dealt with, our decision will be final.
